To Members of the Saltwater Community,
On behalf of the Saltwater Coast Owners Corporation and Lifestyle Centre Team, it is our proud pleasure to be serving up some great news that tennis is officially back at the Saltwater Coast Lifestyle Centre!
The lifting of Restricted Activity Directives announced by the State Government this week in line with this current phase of Victoria’s roadmap to re-opening have allowed for outdoor facilities to open to 5 fully vaccinated people engaging in contactless activities at a time (or if the vaccination status of the people is unknown or any are not yet fully vaccinated, then a maximum of 2 people is permitted).
The Saltwater Coast Lifestyle Centre will therefore be opening the outdoor tennis court facilities for use by its induced members and their guests with strict COVID-Safe Setting measures in place to ensure the facility satisfactorily complies with all current Government mandates, ensuring it will be permitted to remain open and be enjoyed by its Members.
Here are all the details you need to be aware of when making your booking to enable your seamless check-in upon arrival before you hit the courts…
• As the indoor Lifestyle Centre facility is not yet permitted to be open to the public, there will be no access to the Lifestyle Centre building which includes bathroom amenities (public toilets are located directy across from the Centre via Citybay Drive at the Crocodile Park).
• Bookings for use of the courts are to be made via the inducted members online booking system available via the MySaltwater webpage HERE as normal, for 1-hour sessions between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days.
• To ensure all Government mandates are adhered to, members will be required to complete the reservation form, listing all guests they will be accompanied by for their booking and their contact information as well as each individuals vaccination status for their booking form to be processed and accepted. A maximum of 3 guests is permitted for use of the courts per booking.
