Lifestyle Centre Set to Re-Open Monday 22nd June 2020

Dear Members,

We are set to re-open the Lifestyle Centre to members from Monday 22nd June 2020 in line with the Victorian Governments ‘Restrictions on Activities Directive’.

To ensure the safety of all members and staff, changes have been implemented in accordance with the COVID safe guidelines.

 

COVID SAFE

Staff will be onsite to allow members with bookings entry to the Centre. Members will be required to bring their fob key and photo ID to gain access.

Hand sanitizer will be provided at the reception desk upon entry. ‘Maintain Social Distance’ at all times.   

If you are unwell, please stay home.

Cleaning of the Centre will be dramatically increased. Our cleaner will perform 3 deep cleans throughout the day and staff will spot clean touch points hourly.

 

ONLINE BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

Members will be required to make a booking to enter the Lifestyle Centre. All bookings for the Pool Area, Gym, Tennis Courts and Function Room, can be made at: www.mysaltwater.com.au, Bookings open from 15th June 2020.

If you are late to your booking , you will still be required to vacate on time. 
Members will be asked to start vacating 15minutes prior to the hour. This will allow staff to spot clean before the next members are permitted access on time.

 

NO GUESTS PERMITTED IN GYM OR POOL AREA

Members will NOT be permitted to bring guests into the gym or pool area at this time. 

 

POOL AREA

Each member with a Pool Area booking may bring up to four of their own children between the age of 5 and 16 years and only two children under the age of 5 years, per member. (This is in line with the Life Saving Victoria Pool Safety Supervision Guidelines).   

Members must sign in their children at reception prior to entering the pool area.

Members must shower at home before using the pools. Change rooms and showers will not be available for use at the Centre.

 

TENNIS COURTS

Members who book the tennis courts may bring up to 3 family members to play tennis.

Members must sign in their family members at reception upon entry of the Centre.

 

GYM

Members must bring their own towel and water bottle. All equipment is to be wiped down after use. All bags are to be stored in lockers, bags are not permitted in the gym. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the gym.

 

FUNCTION ROOM

The function room is available for bookings for up to 20 people. COVID safe rules will apply (these are outlined in the ‘COVID Function Room Rules of Use’ that will be provided to members when booking)

Bookings will be from 10am-9pm Monday to Sunday.  

 

CHANGE ROOMS AND SHOWERS CLOSED

Change rooms and showers will not be available for use. Toilets will be available as normal.

 

LIFESTYLE CENTRE STAFF

Staff will be onsite during opening hours to allow members access and ensure the new safety rules are adhered to. If you have any enquiries or concerns, the staff will be there to help.

We have missed all our members and look forward to welcoming you all back to the Centre.
